What does TriVirix’ Engineering Services consist of?
TriVirix’s three-phase engineering process follows the natural development lifecycle of a product: the market alignment phase, product development phase and regulatory acceptance phase.

What is the market alignment phase?
Market alignment activities include requirements generation, specification generation and concept generation. TriVirix works closely with each customer to define and review all product requirements and specifications. We also work closely with the customer to generate concepts and even create working prototypes if appropriate.

What is the product development phase?
This phase encompasses product feasibility and design, as well as verification and validation. Our design platform incorporates Pro Engineer and OrCad. TriVirix assists customers through industrial and mechanical design processes, by leveraging our DFX expertise as well as enclosure design, software design and embedded development capabilities.

As part of this phase, TriVirix implements a rigorous validation and verification process to ensure that all designs meet customer and industry specifications (including ISO and FDA specifications), before the manufacturing process even begins.

What is the regulatory acceptance phase?
The regulatory acceptance phase includes pilot production, clinical trials and pre-market approval. This ensures that all development is performed according to our ISO 9001:2000 / 13485:2003 and EN 46001/46002 certified process and complies with all regulatory requirements.

What is a Value Engineering Evaluation?
This evaluation can help customers identify ways to improve the design, development or manufacturing of their products. These improvements may include recommended changes in materials, components or suppliers to reduce costs or increase efficiencies.

What manufacturing services does TriVirix provide?

Our services include comprehensive supply chain management (procurement incoming inspection, inventory management), PCBA manufacturing, sub and high level assemblies, in circuit and final functional testing.

Does TriVirix offer Electronic Printed Circuit Board Assembly?
TriVirix has expertise in manufacturing single, double-sided and multilayer electronic printed circuit assemblies involving surface mount, through-hole and mixed technology components. PCBA’s are manufactured in our state of the art facility in Northern Ireland. Like all TriVirix’ facilities, our PCBA manufacturing facility is ISO 9001:2000 / 13485:2003 and EN46001/46002 certified, cGMP compliant and FDA registered.
