TriVirix™ is a global contract manufacturer dedicated to the design, manufacture and support of electronic and electromagnetic medical and life science equipment. With state of the art manufacturing facilities and highly skilled engineering resources in the US and Europe, we have a proven track record of providing customers around the globe with unprecedented service and support, resulting in a 99.6% customer acceptance rate. Each month, we ship thousands of high quality medical and life science products to customers around the world.

What sets TriVirix apart from other contract manufacturers?
First and foremost, TriVirix is 100% dedicated to manufacturing medical and life science equipment unlike generalist contract manufacturers who focus on a number of unrelated industries. This means that TriVirix not only understands the challenges of time-to-market, cost control, and quality assurance; but also the challenges that are unique to medical and life science manufacturing. TriVirix knows that customers must comply with stringent government regulations (such as the FDA's QSR) and are prepared to help them navigate through the complex compliance issues.

Secondly, TriVirix offers a full range of service capabilities - from initial design, development and prototyping to final manufacturing and post-production services – offering customers the flexibility to engage them throughout the entire product lifecycle or at any point along the way.

TriVirix also offers customers even more flexibility by specializing in moderate volume high mix manufacturing, allowing them to change product specifications frequently, easily and cost effectively.

Finally, TriVirix also knows that collaboration and open communication are essential to building a strong customer relationship, which is why we created AllianceNet our Web-based information exchange portal. That is also why we practice open book accounting, giving customers access to their records at any point.

What industries does TriVirix serve?
TriVirix is dedicated exclusively to the medical and life sciences equipment industries. All of our customers, with no exception, are medical device or life sciences equipment OEM’s.

Where is TriVirix located?
TriVirix is headquartered in Durham, North Carolina (US) but has state of the art manufacturing facilities in the US (Minnesota) and Europe (Northern Ireland).  In addition, TriVirix has their Center for Engineering Excellence in Indianapolis, Indiana.

How many employees does TriVirix have?
Currently, our head count is 234. We have 25 employees in our Headquarters in North Carolina and 170 in our manufacturing facilities: 61 in Minnesota and 118 in Belfast. We also have 30 employees in Indiana at our Center for Engineering Excellence.

How many Engineers does TriVirix have?
We have over fifty engineers representing the areas of electrical, mechanical, software, optics, manufacturing, biomedical and chemical engineering.

A growing list of medical and life science leaders including Medtronic, Smith & Nephew, Haemonetics and others are already benefiting from TriVirix’ flexible manufacturing model.
