AllianceNet
What is AllianceNet?
AllianceNet is our Web-based information exchange
portal for customers. Through AllianceNet, customers
can access real-time information, from engineering
to accounting, wherever and whenever they need
it. They can monitor every step of the manufacturing
process, if they so choose, giving them as much
or more information than if they were manufacturing
the equipment in their own facility.
What kind of information is available
through AllianceNet?
Customers look to AllianceNet for static documentation,
such as design specs, manufacturing instructions
and quality records; as well as real-time reports
from the SAP system. Product specifications, bill
of material data, proposals, contracts, and pricing
documents are available along with warranty information
and the entire quality system documentation. Customers
can also launch iViews, such as a site map of
capabilities, or can even access a web cam for
live shots of work-in-progress at the manufacturing
site.
Why is the information available through
AllianceNet important to me?
Customers can use this information to determine
project, supplier and inventory
status. True collaboration and open communication
